This Country can only have a sound Foreign Policy, if it has the firm foundation of being a truly Independent State. Also, if it has the ability to make and enforce our own Laws, determine our own future, negotiate our own Agreements, and be subject to no higher Authority.

1) World Policy
The Foreign Policies of E.P.P. will be based on maintaining and expanding Friendships and Free Trading Agreements with all other nations, across the world.
We shall re-connect with our Commonwealth friends and partners, and promote good relations with all other countries. The E.P.P. will apply Sanctions and suitable Trade Restrictions on dictatorships, despots, and other undemocratic regimes.
In Asia, practical and diplomatic support will be provided to companies and agencies, to cement and expand our interests with major developing countries.
We shall take all necessary action to secure English and British interests abroad, with suitable safeguards for our serving Military Forces overseas.
Friendly Trading and Diplomatic Relations will continue to be fostered with America, who has proved an invaluable ally to us over many years. Any decisions over whether to support them, or they to support us, over any given issue arising in the world, will be made at the time, but basically, we owe them friendship and loyalty, which is generally reciprocated by them.
E.P.P. believes that England, and Great Britain in general, should continue to be “an Independent Island Trading Nation” in our own right, and will start Immediate negotiations for an amicable withdrawal from the European Union, whilst maintaining all current, friendly Trading Agreements and links.
This will be desired by both sides, and it will be an amicable, negotiated “divorce”, with the interests of England, and Great Britain in general, put first. The EU countries will no doubt do the same.
E.P.P.’s position over Membership of the European Union reflects our determination to reject the adoption of the Euro, as the currency of England and the United Kingdom.
If the Euro were adopted, our nation would lose its Economic and Political Independence. We also reject the principle of a European Constitution.
Settlements over leaving the EU will be made in full agreement with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in our common interest.
Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland will be free to remain in the EU, if they wish, but this would present a large number of difficulties, not least of which would be the adoption of the Euro!
Many other problems would arise, over Defence, common and connected Air-Space, Britain’s Fishing rights, maintenance of a Military Defence Force, Protection against Invaders, and several other issues. It is best for us all, if we stick together on the issue of leaving the EU.
No job losses are at risk in this move to leave the EU, contrary to popular rumours, and many Industrial and Commercial Organisations, apart from any Government statistics, will confirm this fact.
The EU buys far more from us than we buy from them, and neither side will want to ‘just stop trading’, because we “leave the club”. In fact, they need us, more than we need them, but the E.P.P. will leave the “EU Club” as soon as possible.
5) NATO
It is in our national interest to continue our strong support and membership of NATO. We cannot rely on our neighbours in times of crisis, as history has so frequently demonstrated.
E.P.P. believes it is NATO that has maintained the peace after the WWII, not the European Union.
Leaving the European Union will also guarantee our continued membership on the Security Council, whereas France will be required to defer to the EU, for representation of their country.
Our continued Membership of the Security Council will reflect the strength of our Nation State, and the influence we still retain as a world class nation.
6) Dependencies
E.P.P. will offer our Dependent Countries the option of securing their own Independence. This will be by Referendum, and will also give the provision of remaining under the Foreign and Defence “Umbrella”, of Great Britain.
This would be similar to the system developed for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. But, whilst not only guaranteeing their Sovereignty, it would also afford many opportunities for them to develop Independent Trade and Finance Arrangements, with the rest of the world.
