Following complaints, I have inspected the pathways at Whitgreave Court and have to agree that certain areas of the pathways are dangerous. As the tenants here are elderly, with obvious, ambulant impediments, it is urgent that an inspection is undertaken and remedial work carried out to prevent a serious accident.

Please take note that should an accident occur, regardless of insurance, corporately, you will be held responsible now that you have been made aware the problem.

I expect a reply within 24 hours please.
